The Orphans School at Everek Circa 1911 This image is from a photo in the Norah Lambert Sommer collection of the Mennonite Library in North Newton Kansas. The Mennonite Brethren (later merged into the United Missionary Church) supported missionaries at Hadjin and Everek Turkey. Mennonite missionaries at Everek included Mr. and Mrs. T. Ford Barker, Norah Lambert, Lena Penner, and Mr. and Mrs. D. J. Storms, I strongly suspect that Mr. and Mrs. D. J. Storms are the parents of author and noted United Missionary Church Historian Everek Storms. Copyright H.M.
